Events, venues, vendors, and production costs confirmed or booked based on your approval (subject to the vendor’s own refund/cancellation policies).
Rush/expedited projects or one‑time express deliverables where timelines have been compressed at your request.
Change of mind after full acceptance and approval of final deliverables.
Any scenario where you have materially breached the terms of our agreement (e.g., non‑payment of dues, misuse of work, violation of IP terms).
